WHO WE ARE
Welcome to Belonging Pioneers. We guide leaders to realise their Equity and Inclusion ambitions with clarity and confidence through authentic leadership and innovative new approaches. We focus on cultivating mindsets and cultures that nurture a sense of belonging by providing advisory, training, development, and coaching that transforms your organisation and creates intentional inclusion.
Using our ‘Explore – Engage – Embed’ process you will be able to explore the scope of the transition – whether that is for individual growth or the evolution of an inclusive culture for your organisation. Together we identify and advance the approach required to engage people and deliver embedded performance.
Here you will find out who we are, the value we add, and how we do that.…and maybe you might like to think about how what we do could add value to your organisation and what you are committed to.
Working with us, you can shift the dial in the ESG or ED&I programme that you are looking to start, improve or revive.
All our work is research led. It began over 10 years ago, exploring the challenges facing senior female leaders at work. We share what we learn on our Privilege Eruption Podcast.
The most important thing with any ESG/ED&I initiative is to understand your organisation’s cultural readiness and to do a needs assessment based on what you want to achieve.
Once you have done that, we can work with you to look at your organisation and board – how diverse are they? how inclusive are they? how attractive is your employee proposition?
How do you ensure that the behaviours, values and actions of each colleague enables everybody to feel included?
This is a modular development programme in which we work with your high potential diverse leaders to ensure that they grow in effectiveness
Ranging from training on the Equalities Act to Privilege and Allyship at work…increase understanding about different cultures, different people

Everyone works differently, some prefer to work in groups, some prefer to speak up and create conversations… but some of us just want to work individually and be the listeners.
Religious privilege, also known as Christian privilege, is based on an ideology that Christians receive advantages in social aspects that stems from the idea that Christianity is “the norm”, while other religions and their practices are neglected and marginalised.
It has been and still is repeatedly proven that having a significantly diverse board room adds value to an organisation. That is why we want to share with you the facts and figures that back this evidence.
