Cultural Readiness and Needs Assessment

The most important thing when you begin any ESG/ED&I initiative is to understand your organisation’s cultural readiness and to do a needs assessment for your organisation based on what it is you want to achieve.

In the Cultural Readiness and Needs Assessment process we work through the following diagnosis:

  • What are your goals - what do you want to achieve?

  • How complex is the change required to achieve your goals?

  • What is your internal capacity for change?

  • What is happening in the external environment?

    From which we analyse and benchmark your organisational state against a four-state framework:

  • Fixing

  • Reliability

  • Ownership

  • Adaptability

Each state requires a different change focus for your organisation, and determines the bandwidth your leaders have for the change initiative. The capacity for sustainable change shifts from transactional at levels 1 and 2 to transformational at levels 3 and 4.

 

You will receive a comprehensive report with recommended options for moving forward to achieve your ESG/ED&I goals in a sustainable and effective way.
